Mooreland Mansion
This project was the complete renovation of a historic mansion in Kirtland, Ohio to transform it into a party center and meeting facility. This extensive project was underway for two years and won the notoriety of the the best historic restoration in Lake County.
Much of the furniture, lighting and artwork or photos are original from the family that built the home. The bar is an actual bar out to the train car from the railroad that the homebuilder owned. The foyer wallpaper is a replica to the original wallpaper in the room. The other finishes were specified to keep the historic design of the building.
